Our interview process will differ from role to role but we will always look to get to know you beyond your CV. As well as this being our opportunity to find out about who you are, it’s your opportunity to find out about who we are.
We’ll tell you about Aviagen and delve deeper in to your CV, the role and how that fits within the business. There will be some competency-based questions, which will allow you to tell us why you are the right person for the role, and we’ll follow that up with a relaxed chat.
Depending on the role there may be a 2nd interview, which will give you an opportunity to meet further members of the team you’d be joining.
If you are successful, we will call you to give you the great news, which we’ll then follow up with a formal offer of employment. This will include a contract of employment, Terms & Conditions, various company policies and forms completed via DocuSign.
When you start, your manager and team will plan a bespoke induction, which will help set you up for success. In addition to meeting your team and any key stakeholders in the business, you’ll receive all the training and guidance to embed you into the business and your role along. This will also include any mandatory health and safety training.
